How to Enter the Photo Competition
All TCC members are invited to contribute
photographs to the competition. All photographs submitted will be published
on this web site (gallery
page) and you are invited to add a few words to each, explaining
when and why taken, or a few notes as to why it is special to you. Photo's
can be of yachts sailing, TCC Events, or East Coast harbours and places,
indeed anything that will be of general interest to the TCC community.
Please note that no more than two photographs will be accepted in a
single submission.
All photographs will automatically be entered into the TCC Annual Photo Competition,
with prizes being awarded at the Laying Up Supper.
We can scan and return conventional photographs (please send to the
Webmaster address accessible from the contacts
page), or you can e-mail (preferred) photographs to the
in digital
format (please send at the maximum resolution you have, in .jpg or .jpeg
format; e-mails up to 10MB can be accepted).
Entries must be received before Friday
21st October to be considered for the 2011 competition. Prizes to be
awarded at the Laying Up Supper on Saturday October 22nd.
Taken a good photograph of another members boat, but don't want to enter it into the photo competition ? Well please don't keep it to yourself, get them posted to our Boat Photos page so that other members can download and print photos of their own boat. Boat owners are almost always keen to have photos of their own boat, but seldom get the chance to take them themselves.
