As a recognised training establishment for the VHF Short Range
Certificate, we are running the following course in Saturday the
15th of March 2008 in the TCC Clubhouse
VHF Short Range Certificate
A full one day course including instructor assessment and RYA
certification.
Course fee:
£75, which includes RYA publication G31
£25 RYA certification fee.
A certain amount of work is required prior to the course date, in
that participants would be required to have a thorough knowledge of
the phonetic alphabet and to have read the RYA publication, G31.
Coffee on arrival and coffee or tea will be served during the day.
The clubs lunchtime menu will be available if required, at
additional cost. Lunchtime meals to be booked prior to commencement
of the course.
A full set of course notes will be provided.
The course instructors will be Ron Fry and Ken Drinkwater.
