Belgium Authorities and Red Diesel

It has been brought to my attention that the Belgium authorities have stepped up their searches for British registered boats that have RED Diesel in their tanks.
It seems that just topping up your tank with white diesel is not sufficient, as even small traces of Red can leave you liable to a fine.
